5.1 We use different payment processers depending on whether you are purchasing goods and services from the Outlaw’s site. We use Paypal Limited to process your payment for purchases from the Site. PayPal is a method of online payment which allows users to pay by linking a credit/debit card to their PayPal account or by loading their account with funds directly from a bank account. PayPal also provide us with your primary registered postal address details which we use to deliver any order you place.
6.1 You should avoid sharing any personal information including contact information with any other Outlaw’s Members. If you intend to share any such information, please exercise the same level of caution as you would dealing with a stranger. Never give any personal information to anyone until you are confident that it is safe to do so. You should in any event only reveal such personal information via secure communications that cannot be viewed by other people. You must treat any personal information that you receive from other Outlaw’s Members as private, confidential and use it only for the purposes for which the Member provides it to you unless that Member indicates to you otherwise.
7.1 We may share non-personal aggregated statistics data about visitors to Outlaw’s and traffic patterns with third parties. Just to be clear, this information does not identify users in any personal capacity; it just gives generalised information about the users of Outlaw’s.
Cookies and log files
8.1 While on Outlaw’s, certain information is automatically logged about how you are using Outlaw’s. This information may include the URL of the website which linked you to this Site, your IP address and the pages you visit while on Outlaw’s. The IP address indicates the location of your computer on the internet. We keep a record of each user’s activity by reference to the IP address of the internet connection(s) they use to access Outlaw’s. These logs enable us to prevent users who breach the rules of the Outlaw’s Grub Club set out in our Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale by refusing communications from their IP addresses to the website. If you are concerned that we have blocked an IP address that you use to access Outlaw’s in error, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
8.2 Like many websites we may use a feature called a cookie. A cookie is a small data file that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive. It allows us to recognise you as a user when you return to Outlaw’s using the same device and web browser. We use the cookies (including some provided to us through Google Analytics and Clicky) and other automatically tracked information to:
track visitors to Outlaw’s to analyse performance and usage of Outlaw’s, in order to develop Outlaw’s in accordance with visitors’ requirements;
8.3 You can delete cookies from your hard drive at any time. You can set your internet browser so that it will not allow cookies to be stored on your device. This may reduce functionality of Outlaw’s and may mean that certain features or content will not be available to you. 10.2 As required by the UK Data Protection laws, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given to us, to prevent unauthorised access. In particular, we use the Message-Digest algorithm 5 (MD5) to encrypt your password. We also use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt all our check-out pages. SSL and MD5 encrypt the information you provide as it travels through the Internet. Encryption creates billions of code combinations to protect each transaction made on the website, so your password or information cannot be viewed by anyone else using the internet. Despite using this technology, we cannot guarantee the security of the information that you disclose to us. You accept the inherent risks of providing information and dealing on-line and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence or wilful default.

11.1 You can edit your settings displayed on the ‘Update my profile’ screen on the Outlaw’s Site or click the unsubscribe link included in an email to: •stop receiving e-alerts or newsletters from us.
11.2 You can also edit your settings on the ‘Update my profile’ screen on the Outlaw’s Site to: •prevent your postcode from being used to identify your location on the Outlaw’s Grub Club map;•select the frequency with which you receive e-alerts from us.
12.1 You can access and edit information provided in your profile, recipes and blogs only via the Outlaw’s Site. You cannot edit comments made to the forum, your questions or answers or comments made to other users. Your right to see your personal information
12.2 Under the Data Protection Act you have the right to see the personal information that we hold about you, whether collected through your use of Outlaw’s or through any communications that you have had with us. You will need to provide us with a written request and pay a small fee. 12.3 You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by choosing certain options on the forms we use to collect your data. You can also exercise the right at any time by contacting us at the address provided in clause 12.2.
13.1 Your personal information may be transferred to, stored at, or processed at a destination outside the EEA. It may be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services.
